Where's my link? I tweeted and haven’t received a link yet...

Oh no! We’re sorry that your link hasn’t come through. If you haven’t received a link to participate it could be because of one of the following reasons:

1. If your account is private, we’re unable to see the tweet. So, please make sure that your Twitter account is public, and then tweet again so we can reply back with a link to participate.
2. Make sure to double check that the CTA (hashtags) are spelled out correctly. If they aren't, then delete your initial tweet and tweet the correct hashtags. If it is, and there’s media attached to your tweet, try deleting the tweet and tweeting the CTA again without any attached media. If neither of these methods work, shoot us a Twitter DM @gofoojihelp (https://bit.ly/3yskZzD) or email us at help@fooji.com, and one of our Fooji Fan Experience team members will look further into your participation.
3. Sometimes there’s a lot more demand during our promos that could cause a slight delay in receiving a link. If you’ve waited more than a few minutes for a reply, please reach out to the Fan Experience team for further assistance.
