This message could have 2 possible scenarios:
1. You may want to try adding a new address in the drop down on the fan detail page to see if that fixes the issue. These addresses expire in our system and will require you to re-enter them. You should be able to enter the same address as you previously used.
2. Or our promo is currently experiencing some higher demand that’s causing some minor delays. Try your link again shortly to see if things have cleared up.
